Review: Tampopo Cheese Ramen

Tampopo Cheese RamenRamen is well, basically your hand-made noodles. In Japanese culture, it’s considered Chinese food, together with fried rice and mapo tofu. They aren’t wrong, since ramen does have Chinese origins after all.

In conjunction with Meidi-ya’s Hokkaido fair, Tampopo at Liang Court whips up a sinful serving of cheese ramen. Pork bone soup, coupled with ricotta cheese, strips of beef, Chinese wolfberries (gouqizi), basil leaves, lettuce and onions.
